Milling Hotel Ærø inviterer dig indenfor til en hyggelig mortensaften i hjertet af Svendborg. Her kan du samle familie, venner eller din bedre halvdel om en god middag, hvor den traditionelle andesteg er i centrum.
Vi har sammensat en menu, der byder på en lækker forret, klassisk andesteg med tilbehør og en sød afslutning på middagen.
Du skal blot tage plads, nyde maden og selskabet – så sørger vi for resten.
Vi starter middagen med en rejecocktail med sprød salat, asparges, rejer, caviart, frisk grønt og Hotel Ærøs egen cocktaildressing. Forretten serveres med brød og smør.
Ingen mortensaften uden andesteg. Hovedretten består af andesteg serveret med hvide og brunede kartofler, æbler med gelé, rødkål, chips og andesauce.
Vi runder middagen af med æblecrumble, som serveres med dit valg af vaniljeis eller cremefraiche. god mad og tid til hinanden.
