Milling Hotel Ærø invites you to a cozy St. Morten evening in the heart of Svendborg. Here you can gather family, friends or your better half for a good dinner, where the traditional roast duck takes center stage.
We have put together a menu that offers a delicious starter, classic roast duck with side dishes and a sweet ending to the dinner.
All you have to do is take a seat, enjoy the food and the company – and we'll take care of the rest.
We start the dinner with a shrimp cocktail with crispy salad, asparagus, shrimp, caviar, fresh greens and Hotel Ærø's own cocktail dressing. The appetizer is served with bread and butter.
No Christmas Eve dinner is complete without roast duck. The main course consists of roast duck served with white and browned potatoes, apples with jelly, red cabbage, chips and duck sauce.
We round off the dinner with apple crumble, served with your choice of vanilla ice cream or crème fraiche. Good food and time for each other.

Overnight accommodation is offered during this period, however without breakfast.
